POSITION REQUIREMENTS:  Position requires Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, business or a similar field. Three or more years of accounting or financial analysis experience required and systems background preferred. Strong analytical and organizational skills are necessary, experience with Microsoft Access preferred. Knowledge of cost accounting principals preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills, including ability to work in a team, build consensus, problem-solve, influence others and handle conflicts with tact.  

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: The Decision Support/Manage Care Analyst will be responsible for loading and reconciling data from source system into Eclipsys, meet with departments to establish cost, support and train departments to meet informational needs, perform analytics as requested from systems, and participate in contract modeling and negotiation.

Full time salaried position in the finance department.
